The Infinium XT iSelect-96 Kit provides a high-throughput genotyping solution that enables large-scale screening applications on any species with user-defined content. Applications such as large-scale genetic improvement programs in agrigenomics or large-scale screening for biobanks and personalized medicine initiatives can benefit from the accuracy and robustness of the Infinium XT solution.
The fully automated, highly efficient Infinium XT workflow streamlines genotyping sample preparation and analysis. Updates to the Illumina Automation Control (IAC) software and integration of LIMS increases sample processing efficiency while enhancements to GenomeStudio and Beeline Software offer real-time data generation and on-demand QC report functionality.
