Illumina Lab Automation Software Solution

Illumina Lab Automation Software Solution runs automated protocol steps for microarray workflows and digitally tracks the results of each sample. It automatically informs wet lab devices like liquid-handling robots on sample placement location and container types. When integrated with Clarity LIMS software, real-time status reporting enables end-to-end sample traceability and reagent tracking. 

Run management software

Create sequencing runs, specify run parameters, monitor run status, analyze sequencing data, and view results. Integrate with instrument control software for select sequencing systems or access off-instrument with Illumina Connected Run - Local, Illumina Run Manager, or Local Run Manager. Specific software will depend on your instrument.
