The NextSeq 550 flow cell is a non-patterned flow cell with distinct nanowells of varied sizes, undefined shapes, and irregular spacing for use in cluster generation. Prepared libraries are loaded onto the flow cell, which is then loaded into the NextSeq 550 System for cluster generation and sequencing.
One flow cell can be run on the NextSeq 550 System.
An update to NextSeq Control Software (NCS 2.2.0) is required to run the NextSeq v2.5 sequencing reagent kits.
